A brief biographical sketch,
I am in my third career. The first and longest was with the Boy Scouts of America. Fifty years in all, as a boy from the age of ten, then a volunteer
leader, and finally as a Professional for twenty one years
After my retirement my wife and I opened an Art Gallery, since she was a crafts person and I had been a Sunday painter, for many years. That career ended, after fifteen years when the owner sold the property to a developer who built a small shopping plaza.
Career number three came about when I expanded my business writing to creative fiction. I now stand as an author of two novels, a nonfiction guide book for writers and several short stories. All of which are being offered to the public on the new digital medium. I gave up my studio and we moved to Burlington, Vermont where I established in the corner of the extra bedroom a working corner with my desk, book shelves, and laptop on a computer bench.
This is my latest update.. It includes more stories that have grown out of Scouting that you might find entertaining and similar to your own experiences.
